The Spring concert is tonight (5-18) starting @ 7pm!
Starting @ 6pm we will be setting up tables to sell band items. Laptops will be available for collecting parent contact info.
Please volunteer to help before and/or after your student plays their portion of the concert.

Upcoming Band Events!

1. Spring Concert - Fri., 5/18 @ 7pm. Will be setting up tables @ 6pm for 'band ware' sales and laptops for contact info input. Need help with this and can take turns while your student performs. Please let me know when you can help!

2. Marching Band Evaluations - Mon - Wed., 6/4 - 6/6, will be passing out treats to students after practice @ 3pm. Need volunteers for this. Please let me know.

3. Next Band Booster meeting - Tues., 6/5 @ 7pm in band hall

4. Summer Fundraisers coming - Watch for info!

CHS Bands Excel at UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest

The Crowley High School Bands competed in the Region 7 Solo and Ensemble contest held at Crowley High on Saturday February 18.

The band students earned 72 First Division Solo medals and 46 First Division Ensemble medals for a total of 118.  This was the 2nd highest of the 33 3A, 4A and 5A schools represented.
In addition, 14 Soloist and 31 Ensemble members earned the right to advance to the Texas State UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest to be held in May 2012. Congratulations MEB!
